Then just as quickly as your good day comes so does a bad one. You get.in an argument, someone says hurtful things, job isn't great, and you just gained a pound. Reflect on what you have and its going to be hard but do it. Nothing else in this world will feel as good as that truth. Everything else is not real once you change your point of view.
